Yoga Sessions
For all yoga sessions you will need a sticky yoga mat, a blanket and layered clothing which is stretchy or loose. If you are new to yoga you may borrow one of my mats to start you off.
All my yoga classes are welcoming to those with health issues and special needs - just contact me to discuss.

All my classes are based on Hatha yoga and I work with structural and postural improvement in all my classes.
Tuesdays
7.30 - 9.00pm. Class for those who wish to move more deeply into their yoga asana, pranayama and meditation. To join this class you will need at least a years experience practising yoga with a teacher. I run these sessions on a 5 or 6 week block basis. Booking essential as places limited. The next bookable class starts on 8th September 2009. Please contact me to book.
Other classes at Little Stukeley, Huntingdon
A new class starting on a Sunday morning for 5 weeks. This class is for anyone. A maximum of 5 students per session. The first session will start in September. Booking is essential as the places are limited. Classes will include a range of gentle yoga postures, a short meditation or breathing session and a relaxation. Times: 10.30 am to 12.00 noon. Wednesdays (restarting in September, phone the hotel for details)
The Cambridge Belfry. This is a gym membership class so please contact Reflections at the Cambridge Belfry in Cambourne for further information 01954 714600.
One to One Sessions
These may be booked individually and give you a full assessment and a yoga plan for you to follow at home. All levels but evenings and weekends only. Contact me to find out more.
Small Group Sessions
I will be running some additional small group sessions from September 2009. Please contact me to find out further details.
